New Courses for April 2016

Playing the ukulele is such good fun, as well as being an amazing way to pass the time at home, it's also great to come and learn in a group. People who have attended my courses is the past have reported the following positive effects:

Today I'm pleased to announce my new courses for April 2016: 

Beginner Ukulele: 19th Apr - 5th Jul 2016 @ 19:00 to 20:00 £60

A 12 week introduction to playing the ukulele. This is a fun light-hearted course designed to get complete beginners to music playing familiar songs in a variety of styles. No previous experience needed and you don't need to read music.

Ukuleles available to hire for the duration of the course (cheque deposit of £100 needed, refunded at end of course).

Improver Ukulele: 19th Apr - 5th Jul 2016 @ 20:00 to 21:00 £60

For those with some experience who wish to expand their chord repertoire, 12 weeks of sessions to improve their technique and get to grips with reading tab and playing more complicated pieces as well as part playing and more advanced strumming and fingerficking patterns. There will be a chance to suggest songs to learn too!

All courses will take place at Bramley Lawn Social Centre, Rossefield Lawn, Bramley, Leeds, LS13 3RU (just off Stanningley Road)
