This group is open to beginners and newer players. The music in this group is simple and delivered at a very steady pace with time for some one to one tutor input. In this group older people and those with disabilities can try out instruments tailored for people with limited manual dexterity. By using adapted ukuleles, people can play chords at the push of a button rather than fretting the strings with their fingers. Easy read songbooks are provided. Ukuleles and chord changers are available to borrow. Please contact me in advance to book your place. This group is delivered in partnership with Bramley Elderly Action.
Group Level = 0
You are either a complete beginner or are still getting to grips with forming the basic chords and strumming simple patterns in time. No experience of playing an instrument or reading music is needed.
